From a young age, Ian was always a wanderer. Even at 2 years of age, on a walk with his father, he had to lead the way and explore the world around him. At the Age of 16, he got his first 'real' taste of the world outside his home town of Guelph, Canada when he decided to hitchhike across the country with one of his colleagues. 2 1/2 months later, with what felt like a lifetime's worth of experience, he arrived to his final destination for this journey, in the city of Victoria, BC.
This journey was the gateway to what later became a life long quest, to explore as much as the world has to offer. Living with a motto of "You only live once", he constantly pushes his own limits, in terms of kindness, compassion, understanding, and participation with all the world has to throw at him. With the world as his oyster, and a road full of endless possibilities, you can be sure he won't be stopping any time soon. Join Ian as he takes you beyond Where the sidewalks end!
